“Service was good, delivery a day earlier than expected which is not so good for Valentine's day but that's always going to be a challenge when said day is on a Sunday. The bunch was not as big as portrayed in the picture and one of the roses was pretty much dead. A little disappointing but have used them for years so hope its a one-off.”

We are very sorry that the flowers were not up to our usual standard. We do guarantee all of our bouquets so can we offer to replace them with a note of apology?

“I have used this site on numerous occasions and recipients of the flowers have been ecstatic about their gift. I even received a telephone call recently to say that the flowers, after 2 weeks (apart from one carnation) were still lovely and were being cut and put into a shorter vase. Thank you so much Sendabunch.”

“My mother was absolutely delighted. She was afraid that some of the buds were still too tight to open, but they all did. The bouquet was delivered on time and gave great pleasure.”

“Paid £8 extra to have roses and chocs delivered on wife's birthday. They were delivered day before. Had to make 2 phone calls to get refund. Although flowers are in coolest part of lounge they are nearly dead now only 6 days after delivery. Tesco guarantee their flowers for 7 or 14 days. Why can't you. Very disappointed won't buy from you again. Very Poor quality and service.”

“First time that I had used Sendabunch having purchased online from another "brand" for many years. The recipient was thrilled with the floral display and quality of the boquet and having seen them for myself I must admit I was very impressed. And I'm a man!”

“A BIRTHDAY PRESENT BOUQUET WAS DELIVERED ON TIME . THE BEAUTIFUL RED CARNATIONS WERE PERFECT AND PLEASED THE RECIPIENT VERY MUCH. I HAVE BEEN USING SENDABUNCH FOR MANY YEARS AND ALWAYS FOUND THE QUALITY OF THE BOUQUETS IS EXCELLENT AND THE SERVICE IS VERY,VERY GOOD.”

“The recipients said the flowers were fine. (no adverse comments). I didn't actually see them. My only comment is that both lots I ordered arrived in time for Christmas but were 2 and 3 days later than I had stipulated. I trust they had not been kept in the post office for that extra length of time?”
