“I ordered flowers for my grandson who is autistic to give to his Mum on Christmas day. For him to ask and organize this was a big thing for us. The flowers came and they were awful. They were bashed in the box and they were wilting. They looked awful. I have used your service many times in the past and have never had any cause for complaint. It made this all the more disappointing. I had to rush and het him more flowers to give to his Mum at great expense as it was Christmas. I am very disappointed and upset at having to complain. I am hoping that this is a one off but I will be hesitant to order again from you.”
