On the only occasion I have needed to contact the staff at Sendabunch, my queries were dealt with immediately in a polite and friendly manner. Sir, We are currently unable to find your details in our system under your email address. Please can you provide us with your SendABunch Order so we can investigate further. Our sincerest apologies for the early arrival of your flowers to your recipient as your order would have been posted out the day before your requested arrival date and not two days before if you had selected the Special Delivery option, further enquiries will be made as to why this has happened once we can track your order as we do pride ourselves on our quality of service and your order should have been received on the date requested.
