“Excellent efficient service from order placing to delivery”

“My Aunt, the recipient of the flowers and not normally one to moan, having had a delivery from you at Christmas for many years from me, said that they were "sad" on arrival and didn't last very long. I have used Sendabunch many times and generally been satisfied but this time it seems to have not worked. Not sure whether this was down to delivery times or what.”

“Having used Sendabunch for probably 30 years I believe that says it all! The Christmas bouquet I sent to my mother for 2015 was gorgeous and is today (6 Jan) still looking fresh. Thank you everyone!”

“Quite by chance, the recipient of the bunch of flowers ordered sent me exactly the same bunch of carnations as my Christmas gift from her. Both of us were happy with what we received. A very good point is how long the carnations last, even in a warm room. I shall order again.”

“Very disappointed. The order was for Freesia which usually arrives with lots of buds. All of these flowers were open with very few buds remaining. The flowers had not been secured in the box and were moving around loose. Result was they were looking quite sad and a number of flowers were already dying off when the package was opened. I'll buy from a supermarket in future.”

“Easily been using Sendabunch from the U.S.A. for U.K. delivery for well over 15 years (probably 20). Always first rate flowers that arrive promptly and delight. Never an issue. My only complaint is that I have never found or received that illusive coupon.”

“Although I placed my order very early, my friend did not receive her "free" chocolates. Her name is Ms Jacqueline Swannell, of Castle Rising, Kings Lynn, Norfolk. “In the last couple of months I have purchased quite a few quids worth of flowers. The first lot were received with joy. The second lot are due on the 23rd Dec for delivery to my sister in Stevenage. I've just received an e-mail from you stating "free chocolates". The story of my life. Too early or too late. The flowers are always magnificient and as it is so easy to order keep up the good work. Have a lovely Christmas. Ours look like being 36C. Bill Brown”
