“I have used Sendabunch for over 7 years and they have never failed to thrill the recipients of their wonderful flowers. I even got some myself from a relative to whom I had made a recommendation to use them. They are simply the most perfect flower company and their flowers last for weeks. Will never use anyone else”

“This may reflect more on the delivery than the flowers. I had arranged delivery for Monday 21st December but the flowers didn't arrive until Tuesday. When they were removed from the packaging, the wrapper round the stems was dry and the flowers looked tired. After they were put in water they revived slightly but by the 29th were done. Given that I can get flowers from the supermarket guaranteed for 2 weeks and costing significantly less, this was very disappointing. Usually I have no problems which is why I return as a customer but not this time. This refers to flowers delivered to 28 Lanark Road.”

“I ordered orchids for my Mum for Christmas. They arrived punctually, in excellent condition, and, according to my Mum, they last for months, as I sent her the same last Christmas. She is super impressed. And so am I.”

“I have been using sendabunch for many years now and have never once been disappointed with the service. The flowers are fresh, beautiful and good value for money, the staff when you speak to them are extremely helpful, friendly and efficient and the online facility is also excellent. I cannot give them more than 5 stars - but would if I could :).”

“As I was the sender not the recipient I can not tell in what state the flowers arrived. Receivers of gifts are hardly likely to complain to the sender!”

“The flowers were really lovely and arrived promptly in excellent condition. This year I actually managed to see one of the gifts I had sent and was as thrilled as the recipient. I find Sendabunch reliable and the products of a superb standard. Yes, I have used them many times and plan to continue doing so. I have used other firms in the past but Sendabunch win my vote every time.”

“Ordered flowers for wife's birthday and eventually arrived 3 days late not a very good service. Offered 20% disappointment discount off next order if I ever use again after this unreliable service. Ipswich Customer obviously problem with carrier Royal Mail.”
