“My friend sent me a beautiful carnation/chocolate bouquet for Christmas. I was delighted by the surprise package but once opened the quality was superb - they lasted a whole month in our cool conservatory. I was so pleased I ordered a bouquet for another friend's birthday. Thank you”

“Flowers arrived 2 days early and my partner was not there to receive them. The box was also badly damaged. I complained and the flowers were supposed to be resent but 7 days later they had not arrived. I complained again and got a refund and replacement”

“The flowers were sent to my mother as a Christmas present. I have used Sendabunch before and my mother commented although they are beautiful flowers they don't last as long as flowers from other florists.”

“Flowers were awful and several dead. You did send another bouquet out in replacement which was good but I did ask for some money off for the inconvenience (as flowers were a present for my nan) - no response. Very poor. Won't be using you again.”

“I don't write reviews on products I have never seen and yet you ask me every time! I suggest you ask the recipient - maybe a prepaid postcard with the delivery. Yes, she said they were lovely, but if it was me, that's what I would say, whatever they were like! A bit disappointed that they were delivered two days before the birthday date requested....”

“Deliveries on the right day. I asked for a pink rose plant the week before Xmas - a red one arrived. I presumed you had run out of pink ones for a very old cousin but maybe the sender thought I would have meant a red one!! Never mind, the receiver was very happy with what arrived. The red carnations were also much appreciated , so thank you.”
