“Delivery booked for a Tuesday, thinking that would allow Monday for posting and delivery Wednesday if did not arrive on correct day. Delivery came 5 days early on the Friday beforehand. Too early. Flowers ok though.”

“I haven't actually seenthe flowers as they were a gift, but I was told by the recipient that they arrived on time, were absolutely beautiful and lasted several days. Thank you!”

“I feel the flowers received by my relations this year were not as good as the "pictures" on the web page lead you to believe! Also they arrived 6 days earlier than requested and were past their best by Christmas Day. This was particularly annoying as the delivery dates were chosen with care to fit the recipient's availability. I am not sure I will buy from Sendabunch next year. Also I have already sent a review and received no response or comment.”

“I've been using sendabunch for many years and the quality is usually pretty good, especially the freesias, which seem to be the speciality. New Website is disappointing and I had to re-register, which was a pain. Very confusing to see the shipping address as my (the senders) address with the recipients address elsewhere. Really need a record of regular recipients that could be easily selected to save the laborious filling in process. How about Paypal as a payment option?”

“Awful my auntie received a bunch of supposedly 18 luxury Carnations - of the 18 - 1 had no head at all and it cant b put down to breakage as there was no head in the box! and it so just a stem had been sent, 2 were broken, 3 the stems were only half as long as they should have been and overall what was there looked half dead - she cannot tell the person who sent them as she dosent want to upset them.. disgusting!”

“I am furious that somebody in your organisation has sent me an email in which my password was fully displayed. This means that the password is now compromised and I will have to go to the trouble of changing it. Why was this done?”

“The product is good. The web experience is still lacking. Default billing and shipping addresses are recorded for my account yet are difficult to use. I ship to the same address each time by rely on my browser to complete the fields. I get the impression that default billing may have helped a little. It would be really nice to be able to just choose a recorded recipient and auto-fill the required fields.”

“This is the third time this year I have ordered from you and never been totally saitisfied with the quality of flowers. Either late or flowers are not what I expect. Yesterday was my neighbours 90th birthday a vey special time in anybody's life. I know with Christmas, deliveries must be difficult, but I ordered these flowers in good time to account for that and they didn't arrive until today. Also, I didnt like the look of them, so unfortunately won't be ordering from you again. I do however wish you continued success.”

“The flowers & service are excellent. The new web site is easier to use. However the number of characters allowed for the lines of the address are far too few for English addresses where there may be as many as 4 lines excluding the name of the County. Can you please provide more space.”

“Excellent, I live in Australia and send flowers to my family and friends using Sendabunch all the time. The flowers are first class and always arrive on time. I wouldn't use any one else, even used them when I lived in the Middle East.”
