“After the failure of the chocolates part of an order I placed to arrive I am furious at the lack of service I have received. Despite emailing customer service and emailing direct from the Sendabunch site on this matter, 14 days later I have not received a reply.”

“The process of ordering was a little problematic with online verification. I had to do the order twice, but when it did finally accept it, the order went through smoothly. The flowers actually turned up two days earlier than I had requested, which was fabulous! The flowers (carnations) were fresh and in good condition. I've been using Sendabunch for about 8 years and they seem to be very reliable.”

“Saw the flowers that were sent to my friend and I was not overly impressed by the amount nor the quality for the price I paid .I could have got a much better bunch and quality at Waitrose Supermarket for half the price ,but I thought it would be nice for them to be delivered Regards Valerie Yarham”
