“I have heard from my two friends that the flowers were fresh,colourful and in good condition.Thank you. Can you put somewhere on your order form an area to re member my friends addresses as it would simplify the ordering?”

“THe pinks I ordered for a friend last Thursday arrived at her home on Saturday and were fresh . SHe was delighted as she is not well and it was easy for me as I don't live anywhere near to her. SUccess all round! Thank you”

“I am afraid that I am not very happy. My record shows that I have been ordering from Sendabunch for a number of years. During that time I had been very satisfied with both service and quality. However, on this occasion, as with another recent one, the flowers have failed to arrive on time. On the last occasion, the error was rectified after I drew attention to it, but the birthday, for which I had ordered the delivery had long passed. I hope that action will be taken this time. I have would like to withhold the star rating for the time being but the programme does not allow this.”

“SB Plant Invigorator was recommended for use on roses by a National Trust gardener. Delivery was made 2 days after I ordered online. I haven’t used the product yet but the service is exceptional.”

“First of all it is very easy to select online the flowers you want. The photos are very clear and you have options of zooming in etc. The bouquets themselves are beautiful and there is an abundant choice, the flowers are very fresh and those who have received from me are over the moon with them. The delivery service is excellent and how the flowers are packaged is very professional too. I will always use Sendabunch.”
