“Quality of flowers is excellent. My sister sees both the ones I send to her and the ones I send to our 98 year old mother who is in a care home. Please would you improve your online website by having my mother’s address come up when I choose her as a recipient. She is in my address book on your website.”

“Flowers were fine but arrived 2 days after guaranteed date which spoilt the surprise. The quality of the flowers unfortunately doesn’t matter if they can’t keep delivery dates which is a shame.”

“I paid extra for guaranteed delivery on Sat 28 April (my wife's birthday), only for a card through the door on 27th, requiring a trip next morning to the district office. Not ideal.”

“I paid an extra amount for the flowers to be delivered on my friend's birthday. The were not. A card was put through her door the next day (Tuesday ) asking her to go to the Post Office to collec them. That red from you againis totally unacceptable and I shall not order from you again.”
