“Mostly great service in the past, but over Easter their delivery person couldn't make my mum hear to drop off flowers, so they took them to the POST OFFICE for 4 days until re-delivery the following Tuesday. Need better delivery people if they're going to do that. Did sort in the end and resend flowers, but seriously, it was a stupid mistake. Cautious about using again.”

“I am not very good with computers ..so I phone up and tell the person on the other end my requirements. They have always been more than patient with an old 'foggie' and dealt with my request well. The recipients seem equally well pleased. Thank you.”

“My daughter in law was delighted with her bouquet from you on her birthday in March. She loved the colour combinations, and the freshness of the flowers, which lasted for a considerable time, which is exactly what I hoped for my money!”

“Bouquet was lovely, but free chocolates for moving from Charity flowers were not sent. Cost for delivery on exact day meant your flowers more expensive than comparable ones and seemed dishonest pricing.”
