Hi - we are sorry that the freesias have not lasted as long as previously. We guarantee all of our bouquets so can we offer to send a replacement bouquet with a note of apology?

“I have used Guernsey Flowers (Sendabunch) for 25 years and have always found their flowers of excellent quality. The carnations arrive at destination with nice tight buds and can last for many weeks if cared for.”

“I regret to say that on my retyrn from Austalia very recently I was told tha t my flowers had not reached their destination until the new year.by which time they were dead. Until now I have not had the opportunity to contact you. I understand from the warden of the sheltered accommodation found the flowers but have no more detail. In the past orders have been successfully delivered. It is unfortunate that this delivery should go awry as it was a Christmas gift. yours sincerely jennifer galloway”

“My flowers were sent to a friend over 100 miles away so I was unable to see them. However, she contacted me to say they were lovely and also that they lasted for a very long time. Hope this helps.”

“The bunch of flowers sent to my Sister, who lives in Waterlooville in Hampshire on the 21st December she reported were half dead on arrival. The tissue on the base of the stems was dry and many of the flowers were brown and dead. She told me they were a waste of money.”

“I sent to 2 different people and was embarrassed when I saw one of the bouquets it was very few straggly flowers. My friends were too polite to comment but I would not use again. Sorry because delivery was fast efficient but no good delivering sub standard flowers money wasted”
