“Flowers sent for Mother's Day were great as usual. However, my husband ordered some flowers for a work colleague and they arrived without the card which did somewhat ruin the occasion.”

“Disappointed chocolates different to those depicted on photo. mother can't eat nuts and they nearly all had nuts in them. I did report this to which i had a "sorry" but no voucher, refund, or replacement chocolates. Please explain exactly what they are next time.”

“The flowers were ordered for Mothers Day and arrived on the day requested in good time for the event. They were well packaged (as usual) and lasted very well as the freesias were still in bud on arrival. My Mum has always been very happy with the quality of the blooms from your company so I am sure I will be ordering more in the future.”

“The Singapore orchids were very good and wife was very pleased with them. Asked for them to be delivered on Tuesday but did not arrive until Friday. Sent three emails but only received a reply for the third one. This to thank me for letting them know I had finally received my order. Communication with customer needs improving.”

“Product as usual very good-However delivery was 4 days early when recipient was away-fortunately neighbour kept in cool area and when they were finally received by the intende d recipient they were still in reasonable condition due the good packing in the first place. more notice of the actual date for delivery would have been helpful.”

“The site is easy to use. The flowers delivered were fine & greatly appreciated. My only disappointment is the charge of £8 if you want to guarantee delivery on a certain day. This in my opinion is excessive at approx. one third of the cost of a bouquet.”
