“I have used sendabunch for a lifetime and always been your biggest fan but not this past Christmas. I ordered 3 lots of flowers and the promised free chocs did not arrive with any of the flowers. I e mailed you with a complaint and received no reply. All 3 lots of flowers, going to different parts of the country, were reported as being OK, "nice" but not quite as fresh as they usually are. They evidently didn't last as long as usual. June”

“Sadly after using this company many times there seems to be a problem. Three weeks after ordering flowers and making many phone calls the delivery never happened and no one could tell me why, although they had proof of the order and payment. This has now been rectified.”

“Good question? I have already emailed my complaint to you but heard nothing. The flowers received by one of my recipients fell well below the standard expected. Several of the flowers which should have been included were not and neither were they replaced with anything of a similar nature. The bouquet came nowhere near the description an photograph on your website. I have bought flowers from you for many years and feel very let down.”

“The freesias were well packaged and delivered safely to my parents. Most were still in bud - which meant they've lasted for a while and look (and smell) wonderful. thank you so much - I can always rely on Sendabunch!”

“Dear Sirs, I have been an online customer of Sendabunch , (Guernsey Flowers), for some years. Whenever family special occasions are due, I always refer to your website for inspiration, especially as I know that I will be spoilt for choice, regarding any plants or flowers required for my loved ones. There is always a great range of fresh, quality products to choose from, and all backed up with a sound guarantee of satisfactory delivery to the recipient, by the chosen date.
