“I used sendabunch all the time when I lived in England and the flowers were always delivered on time and very fresh and long lasting. Now I live in Canada I still use sendabunch to all my friends and family in England as I know I can rely on the delivery and quality. Great service and very reasonably priced.”

“I often order flowers from send a bunch to relatives that I don't live near & they are always happy. I recently happened to be with my Mum when flowers arrived so I saw them for myself and I was pleased with the great value for money. If you don't want to pay the steep prices of interflora & M&S, then I would recommend send a bunch”

“From the options given, I selected the delivery date of 24th Dec for my delivery. The flowers actually arrived on 20th Dec. My mum was away until 23rd so the flowers were already 4 days old by the time my mum returned home. As a goodwill gesture Send a Bunch sent another arrangement FOC to arrive on 24th”

“The flowers failed to be delivered, emails to and from failed to resolve the issue. In the end I gave the details to my mum as the emails were taking to long, she called as I live in new Zealand this was difficult with the time difference for me to do. it has taken weeks to get a refund but was happy to see as a way of an apology sendabunch sent my mum flowers anyway even if it was a month after her birthday. Thank you”

“I ordered flowers to be sent to my family on Dec 31st. A week later I checked to see if they liked them.They had not arrived!! I rang you and was told that another bunch would be sent. This did happen when promised and they are very nice. I suggest that if the recipient is not at home the flowers should be left with a neighbour or iin the porch of the house. .”
