“Failed to deliver on the right day. Returned on the wrong day, left parcel with neighbour against explicit instructions. And it was the wrong parcel anyway.”

“I ordered an engine that was delivered a few days ago. The engine arrived damaged and is going to cost around 100-150 to replace/repair. This is on top of the 600 I'd already paid for the engine”

“The delivery driver who collected the pallet was rude, impatient and has no concept of customer service. I gave instructions re the collection both during the placing of the order and on the phone afterwards and they were not taken into account. Lastly the recipient asked if the address could be changed. Twice I was told that this had been acknowledged and was no problem and they still delivered to the wrong place. Shambles.”

“Pallet was collected same afternoon on a next day service, but it say in a warehouse for an extra day and was late to be delivered to our customer.”

“Well was my happy my pallet was on next day so was sent Thursday to get to me Friday and didn't get put on can for delivery so had to drive 3 hours to get it myself as was told want get it till Monday even tho it was urgent for Friday so all in all was my happy to find out at 330 Friday afternoon I was my getting it had to stop work to get it”

“I am writing this review as I was requested to do so. I find it extremely poor that a review is requested prior to successful delivery being made. The request states "job done" when in actual fact the status remains at collected. I am the recipient and have had no delivery nor indication of one.”
