“As of 17.35 my pallet has not been collected. This all the more difficult as the goods are being delivered to me, not collected. The seller is very unhappy as she has waited in all day. No communications at all from the company even though contact details for both collection and delivery were communicated. Whilst I appreciate the drivers have a busy schedule, so do your customers. Having to take a day off work as holiday to accommodate is bad enough, but to not turn up is completely unacceptable.”

“The order arrived on the arranged date without damage. Since you had my contract details it would have been helpful if you had given me a call, I waited in all day and the pallet did not arrive till late afternoon. I had cancelled a morning appointment.”

“Outstanding Quality of Service. Easy to book. You get to speak to a human if you need to. The price is unbeatable. and they collected and delivered when they said they would. So straightforward, why wouldn't you use them?”

“Delivery was supposed to arrive on Thursday. Having waited in all day, I phoned at 4pm to check if it was coming and was assured it would arrive before 5pm. I phoned again at 5:15pm and was told it wouldn't be arriving until the following morning. I repeated at this stage the instructions that the drivers had to phone me when they arrived, as it is not at all clear where to access the workshop. The following morning, again having waited in, I called at noon and was informed it had been left somewhere 2 hours earlier. I'm disappointed the drivers ignored the instructions and left it with someone who was not responsible for receiving it, but also that no one bothered to keep me informed about how long it was delayed or when it was delivered.”

“You delivered the stove from Scotland to Herefordshire in very good time and your driver/operator was most helpful during the unloading process. There was no visible damage to the stove during transit so I am very pleased with the Sendapallet delivery system and would happily recommend them.”
