“My item one pallet hasn't been picked up yet since made payment a week ego,and I am worried I may miss my shipper as the item is for export and it has to reach my shipper by 17th febuary as the container leaves 18th febuary but looks like I am going miss the shipping”

“Contact with the office was professional, friendly and helpful with my shipment queries. It took time to liaise with collection address and delivery but all in all the tracking, service and delivery was spot on! pricing was not compromised on collection/delivery - would highly recommend this service for sending really heavy items - 1st class service.”

“They send one man to collect the over , they are collecting a pallet, it supposed to be heavy . When I was trying to contact the customer service, they been shouting on me . £15 failure collection is a ridiculous number . never deal with you again , never never .”
