“I booked the job at about 11pm, & they picked up the very next day & delivered it the next; i cannot fault their service at all. Just wish their was more communciation from sendpallet to confirm the booking had been accepted after the PAYPAL transaction. Thanks MITCHELLS - you provided an excellent service - will use your services again”

“Quick service but driver was poor, made me sign the delivery note before I'd even seen the item or he had offloaded, and made me write the time in advance saying it'll take him 10 minutes till it was offloaded. Later realized I signed document saying I was happy with the delivery and condition of item. This is very wrong way to pass liability off them. Item arrived damaged anyway so regret signing paper”

“Was an easy service to use and the pallet arrived on time considering it had quite a long way to go and all was in tact! Only negative thing was I did book the pallet and wrap service though the driver did NOT have either on the truck which could have meant my delivery did not go but I luckily managed to find some.”

“To many involved in a simple procedure, I booked a pallet at £12 to be delivered to be loaded before collection, the second party courier came to collect the pallet, so they dropped off a broken pallet which was not the size I paid and ordered. I don't blame the carrier as it seems that who you pay farm it out down the line and it all get lost along the way. So they did return the £12 to me which I am grateful, but I will not use them again, as I will us a local firm.”
