“You have picked up a pallet of adhesive from Sherborne that we are using and not informed anyone, as it was not meant to be picked up. I have now got two tilers stood up doing sweet FA because of your cock up!!! perhaps you can ask the driver sho signed it over to him”

“Other than packing the pallet, which was a royal PITA, being a private eBayer, I'd never prepared a pallet before. It al went like a dream. Driver was very courteous and pleasant and between us we managed to get the pallet loaded. It was a table saw weighing in at over 100kg. Issue was a 30kg 2M long beam that had to be strapped vertically on the side of the saw. Which made it a little top heavy. Anyway a brilliant service that I had no idea existed, that picked up individual pallets and delivered them. I'll certainly call upon you, if I need this service again, thank you.”

“i rang at 4.50pm on the day of collection to find out why my pallet had not been collected and they could not find my paperwork to begin with, when the driver did come out he could not load the pallet and called for another lorry which came out and did not take the pallet but only damaged the packaging on the pallet and left it behind on site and we have not been told anything about it nor have we had a phone call to explain why. very disappointing as i was looking forward to using a local firm again in the near future.”
