“You send me an email saying "job complete how did we do"- Well it isn't here yet! so Id say you did very poorly wouldn't you? It was promised before the bank holiday, if you cant deliver then don't promise. Hopefully if this is put into the prize draw I might get something back towards the cost of a poor service. James”

“I still have'nt received the delivery, 25th May 2017 I received a call today from the driver of Cooper Carriers saying he had an 18t wagon and could cot travel the road to our house. I told him that the road was accessible with 18t truck. We had a delivery last week with this size wagon. The driver said the depot would re schedule the delivery with a smaller truck”
