Long delays in sending, especially over a weekend. I was told each transaction is manually reviewed. The mail updates are useless because there is no transaction number to tie all the communications to each other. There is one number one you create a transfer, then you get a confirmation with another number, then the pick up number is different from the other two, and the message does not even include the name of the recipient.

today sunday may 5, 2019 , I have to say Sendvalu is very poor . I have a big problem I mistaken the recipient name and you are not answering the calls, not answering to my mails and also absent in FB . Why like that....? I am a regular customer of you .

6 days of waiting and nothing It's been 6 days since I sent money to a person and he still has not received it, it's unacceptable ... and the most serious thing is that the support told me that the problem comes from their partner MOREMT.COM and today after I contacted them by phone, they said that they have a problem with the banking transactions .... Is this a way to treat your customers? Now i need to cancel two transactions and the support told me that there will be charges if i do it ... transactions 461154 / 459798

Uberlinde Borroso kann bis heute 14.02.19 nicht über das Geld verfügen. Die vorsgegangene Transaktion über 40 cuc wurde ebenfalls weit vetspätet und nur mit 35cuc ausbezahlt. Was soll ich bewerten??

Dear Sendvalu team, Today I transferred 615 Euro to India which is equal to Rs.49715.64 and transaction charge applicable is 9.96 EURO. So the total amount should be deducted 624.96 Euro right, But after complete all steps for transection the amount deducted from my bank 633.91 Euro, why? Please find attached screenshot of transection abd give me needful reply. BR Vibhor
