Hello there, Brian. Kindly send us a message using your sendvalu account so that we can look into the possible problem. Choose the Support option. The system automatically sends a confirmation once a transfer request has been authorized by your card issuing bank. If no notification has been received, kindly contact your bank and inquire whether a transaction for sendvalu AWS has gone through or not.

“I am generally pleased, but I see some errors creeping in. e.g. this notification indicates that the money has been paid out; and I have not yet informed the recipient that it has been sent!! This causes anxiety and confusion; as it did with the last amount that I sent!!”
