“We participated in a cycling tour with SDT from Prague to Dresden. It was wonderful. I wish SDT would do another similar tour. The only concern I would have is to make sure participants are aware of the need to be fit and have very recent cycling experience. The SDT leader Susan was terrific. We really enjoyed her.”
“Have been to Newfoundland, Tuscany, and Canary Islands with Senior Discovery Tours. Had a most wonderful time on all of these trips. My only quibble is when we stay at one hotel for the entire trip, the meals are quite monotonous, repetitious, unadventurous. I love food with flavour and love trying local foods. Giving me north amercan boring in another country just doesn't cut it. The hotel in Tuscany was lovely but tge food, meh. We took a trip early on to a winery where many appetisers were served with the wine tastings. Would have returned there for every meal!”
“We enjoyed all the trips with the exception of our trip to Italy with Patrick. We were disappointed to have all meals except one, in the hotel ( with no choices) or at auto grills. I know we covered a great deal of area in a short time, but would have enjoyed the opportunity to be submerged in the Italian culture. Perhaps we could have had a few choices as opposed to alcohol on the bus.
We loved our trips to France, where we ate many meals at local restaurants. The trip to China was spectacular. But the best trip to date was Peru. Our guide Natalia Vargas, was without a doubt, exceptional. She was extremely well prepared, was approachable and handled each situation with confidence. On this trip, we covered many highlights of this beautiful country, but we’re still able to stay in lovely hotels and to eat at a variety of restaurants. For each meal, we were given three or more choices. Natalia related well to the local guides, always enduring that our needs were met. She let us know that she was there for us”
“We went to Calabria Italy with Senior Discovery Tours and had a wonderful time. As advertised, every detail was looked after, from the limo that began and ended the trip, to the meals, drinks and tours. We met many great people who were also on the tour and several are still our friends.

Although we were caught in the middle of the Covid situation Seniors tours did their best to keep us informed and get us home.
We might note that we thought the settlement and credit offered for the missed tours etc. was more than generous.
We will be taking other tours with you as soon as it is safe to do so. Perhaps like a lot more people we may be taking tours in Canada next. Bearing that in mind you may consider more tours in Canada in the near future,

“We were scheduled to travel to Morocco the end of March 2020. However, our trip was cancelled due to Covid. However, we were most impressed with the staff and the complete operation.
