“I travelled with SDT to Italy in the fall of 2016, and did the comprehensive tour of Italy going from the North, to the South, and even to Sicily. It was a wonderful tour that was well run by our head guide. All accommodations, meals, local tours etc. were well taken care of. It was a memorable vacation which was very reasonably priced too.
I also travelled with SDT to Spain and Portugal in the spring of 2018, I believe. That was a very enjoyable vacation as well. It was well run by the head guide who was also very personable, polite and always catering to our needs and questions.
All in all, I have very much enjoyed my experience with tours run by SDT.”

“We had never been on a group tour so we were a little concerned about our experience. It all turned out much better than we expected. Going to India would have been impossible for us. All tickets, transportation, tips and meals were organized perfectly! Our guide was excellent and our guide from India taught us so much about the culture, history and geography of India! The hotels were top notch and the hospitality wonderful. I am not going to hesitate to try another Senior Discovery Tour when things settle down. My only wish for the India trip was that we had a bit more free time to shop, wander and rest a bit. Who knows, we liked it so much we might have to book India again. I would love a tour that went to South India!”

I was very happy to have a full refund for the trip from you a month later without any problem. “We have traveled with Senior Discovery Tours twice. The first trip we had an amazing guide and although we did have some issues, it was a scenic trip. We had a lot of free time to explore on our own and did. Fortunately, the weather was good. The second trip, although it took us to many places, was not good value. It started off badly with one guest being ill and it spread through the whole group. The weather wasn't the greatest and does affect your enjoyment. Some of the places we visited were a waste of time, and what we expected to see -- we didn't. For the money, we should have had more inclusive hotels. Most accommodations were just acceptable, but some were not. Food variety and quality was poor and not on par with what we had on our first trip. The local guide wasted more time on "talking" than seeing the sites.”
