“I have been on two tours, one to Harrogate and Worcester, UK and the other to Malta. Both enjoyable and we were looked after well.
However Elizabeth McKinley, our guide for Malta went over and above, putting extras our way, e.g. many of us wanted wash cloths that the hotel did not provide, she went out and bought some. She fitted in an extra lunch at no cost to us. Anyone with a birthday not only got a card, but a small gift as well.
Maria our local Maltese guide was exceptional.
I look forward to another trip, my health and global health permitting, if I was fortunate enough to have Elizabeth as my guide, I would feel as though I had won the lottery!”

“You have a lot of interesting and well-researched tours and for the most part I have enjoyed the ones I've taken. I would prefer that you provide more flight options so that I can choose a preferred seat type and location without having to wait till it's nearly time to go. Just as I can choose a cabin type for a cruise, I want to be able to choose a seat type for my flight. I do not like flying in the least comfortable part of the plane. It is the only reason I do not award SDT 5 stars,”

“We went on the Switzerland train tour in 2019 and just loved it. Our guide was the best ever, great hotels, excellent tours and delicious tours. No complaints at all. We were going to take a trip in 2020 but cancelled because of the virus.

“You must be kidding..asking me to write a review when I just receive a letter stamped by your President saying I am to seek another travel agency and my name has been removed from your mailing list. The letter was most insulting alluding to possible harassment/abuse by myself to your tour mgr on my recent trip to Costa Rica. NO such behavior on my part ever occurred. This tour mgr was unable to assist me with an AC baggage delay issue so took his frustration out on me by bad mouthing me... pathetic....I would never want to deal with a company who hires such dishonest people.”
