Knowledgeable friendly tour managers.Well informed local guides in places visited.I have found both the Tour managers and guides extremely helpful and flexible if there was a site I very much want to see.Cuba trip was an example of this, also Malta and more recently Tuscany.Cost and length of trip reasonable and good.Always enjoy the hotel and eating places chosen.Appreciate being picked up for transport to and from airport .”

“We were satisfied with the 2 trips we have done with Senior Tours. Tour Managers were good both times, but on our first trip the leader was in her 20's and not knowledgeable about senior travellers. The itinerary was too busy and she was always trying to arrange late night parties when participants were happy to have some down time.
Last trip involved a Princess Cruise. The things organized by our manager were v.g. Our major complaint had nothing to do with Seniors Tours but with the cruise line. The price of all the shore tours was exorbinant - we expected tours to be costly, but the prices were way over- priced. We would probably never do another European cruise because of this.”
“Hard to pick one overall rating. Some parts of my trips have been excellent - interesting events and places and some great restaurants. Some experiences have been poor - would like to be able to upgrade my seating or have advance seat selection on the aircraft. I’m sure this could be negotiated with airlines. Had a poor experience with a tour manager but this was off set on my next trip with an amazing tour manager. Overall a good experience. Hopefully some positive changes will come out of these unsettling times we are in. Can’t wait to get back to France Spain Italy and more of Europe!!!!”
