“flowers were nice but I don't appreciate how the online order forces you to pay for a crd. When I raised this with customer service I was brushed off”

“The photo looked lovely however the stems delivered had a number of broken amongst them and what looked liked replacement flowers, they seem value for money on the website but I think I shall pay a bit more and go back to my usual online florist.”

“In the end, they did the right thing by acknowledging the bouquet sent was well below standard and refunded the cost after realising a replacement would be inappropriate. Their website was too cumbersome to enable easy communication which regrettably increased the frustration in getting resolution to the original problem. I would suggest that there should be a feedback/communication path without having to go via a "no-reply" route. As the bouquet had been ordered as a thank you to our hosts for inviting us as their house guests over New Year, no real damage was done, as recounting the story of the problem, and our purchase of replacements flowers in our village store to compensate, was the subject of good humour over a glass or two of champagne as we waited for 2018 to arrive. We did acknowledge the caring and generous response of Serenta Flowers once we got to them. So, all's well that ends well with no damage done to our festivities or to the possibility of us using them again, hoping sincerely that they get their quality failure/response system sorted! A second such experience would kill our willingness to trust them with a further commission.”

“a little disappointed as there seemed to be more foliage than actual flowers. they were delivered rather late in the day which meant the recipients were out. However the vase was good value.”

“Communication was good. Selection of products is good. However, for a very special occasion the vase was delivered broken and useless and the bottle of red wine as part of the deal wasn’t delivered at all! All I got was an apology and a refund. Doesn’t fix the disappointment.”

“Recipient very pleased with their flower gift however the delivery was a day late after their birthday. I was however given a 15% refund but was still disappointed they didn't get the gift on their special day. Not sure if I would order again in case the order wasn't delivered on time, not sure I'd want to take the risk.”

“The flowers arrived as promised. They looked quite nice when they arrived but unfortunately, within 3 days they were looking very tired and wilty. I would have expected the flowers to have lasted and maintained their bright and beautiful appearance for at least a week.”

“Ordering and delivery process were excellent. I ordered the same Christmas bouquet for three different recipients and all were delivered by lunch time. One of them was for my mum, so I got to see the flowers for myself on Christmas Day, and I have to say I was very disappointed at how few flowers there were for £30. The bouquet was mainly made up of foliage.”

“I asked when booking that delivery person be patient as my mother is 88 a little deaf and may take a while to answer the door,but they left the flowers in a meter cupboard and did not even leave a note to say they were in there.She doesn't go to the cupboard very often so it was only by chance she found them on the day.The flowers were of good quality and well presented.”

“The flowers are great but I paid for delivery before 10.30am and they arrived at 17.50pm so my wife had to go back to work to collect her flowers”

“1 out of the 2 deliveries were great. The first recipient was in the Manchester area and raved about how beautiful the flowers were. The second recipient is in London, and when she arrived home the box was all crumpled and the plants inside were in pieces and destroyed. The only thing that was salvageable was the box of chocolates I added onto the order. I will give them another chance, as they were both delivered on time, the ease of ordering from the US, and one of the two were received well and raved about.”

“A quick delivery however I am sure I asked for flowers to be given to a neighbour if no reply but they were left outside address in the rain? The edges of the roses were affected by this unfortunately. In the picture of the Xmas bunch I chose there was a lovely gold piece of Xmas decoration but in the bunch sent to my friend it was a small bit of sparkly blue twig, from photo sent it didn’t look as good as the photo which is a shame.”
