“The website was very easy to navigate, had a great selection to choose from and made ordering very easy. I really appreciated the email updates, they took away all the worry of sending flowers internationally. The arrangement was beautiful and made someone special very happy...and that made me happy!”

“Perfect! Ordered flowers and balloons for my mother. Needed to send her a message urgently. The flowers, ordered in the evening, arrived the following day. Ample room on the card to write a longish message. An online chat with someone from Serenata, in case of any queries, is really helpful and useful... Feel less like a faceless customer. Just one thought, but not intended to be a negative thought, I was looking for plain, coloured balloons; would they be a good sell?”
