“flowers were not arranged just dumped in a glass vase looked awful waste of money”

“ordering and delivery were ok, they arrived on time, the most important bit, ie the flowers were disappointing. Honestly felt I would have been better going to a florist and handing the flowers personally to my wife, instead of giving her a surprise by having them delivered to the hotel where we were celebrating her birthday. Suffice to say she said it wasn't the gift but the thought that counted !!! Say's it all.”

“Disappointed. The flowers I ordered were for a family with a new baby. I chose this company because they used couriers rather than the post, and I did not want my flowers sat in a sorting office over the weekend. The flowers were lovely but a 9.30pm delivery was very late !!”

“The flowers were beautiful and also the cake. They were a gift for my sisters 60th Birthday, I am delighted that they were delivered on her special day and she was thrilled with them. I love the website it is so easy to use and has so many beautiful choices, I have saved the link as I will be using Serenta Flowers from now on”

“My 90 year-old cousin was thrilled with the delivery she received on her birthday. The orchid was really beautiful with several gorgeous blooms, it was perfectly packed and presented , and the delivery service was excellent. I was so glad that my order with you had given her such pleasure.”

“Effortless ordering system, delivered on time by courteous driver. The flowers were for my Mother's birthday so I did not see them personally due to distance we live apart but my Mother described them as "really lovely" and also commented that it was a good job they included a vase as she had nothing suitable to put them in.”

“Paid for the largest assortment of flowers and the smallest version was sent , paid for a vase so the flowers could be arranged and the company never arranged the flowers ... all items i purchased where to cheer up family dealing with the loss of a loved one and i paid for extras for a crappy service .. will never order from here again”
