“I sent flowers to my Aunt for her funeral and quite expected to see the flowers with the message.. Sadly the message was not with the flowers. Words are important to those who are left to grieve. Ms E Rogers”

“From the time of ordering an email was sent to confirm the order.on the day of delivery another email to say flowers on way.then when delivered another email to tell me this.first class service.The flowers were for my aunt's 90th,She was so thrilled with the flowers.excellent service”

“The flowers were beautiful and a fitting tribute to my sister. However the card was not with the flowers and the Funeral Directors were not aware of who had sent them. :-(”
