“The flowers were very nice, really great, impressive bunch, lovely combination. Truly beautiful. Delivery was whole other story. I am not reducing the staring because it has nothing to do with the flowers. Despite that I wrote exactly: Ground Floor, walk up the stairs, press the buzzer on your right which says "Ground Floor", while I was at home, the flowers were still dumped in the corner of neighbour's basement flat in a manner that the bunch was leaning to the side and crushing the flowers. The flowers were in very strong and clearly expensive box which was taped so badly at the bottom, that the flowers almost had fallen through. HOPE THIS WILL HELP TO IMPROVE THIS MNOR ISSUES.”

“I’ve used Serents a few times now and the flowers have always been well received & the feedback I get each time is always, “they’re beautiful!” 😊 very impressed! My only criticism is that the delivery driver left the flowers sent for my friends birthday yesterday in her BIN; luckily it wasn’t bin day and she got home before the intense heat wilted them. 😞”

“Efficient service with good updates on progress. When I saw the photo there seemed to be fewer freesias in the bouquet than seen on the website. The roses looked lovely and as per the photo. The recipient was delighted with them (they were a surprise) and as she didn't see the picture wasn't disappointed. Good value for money though.”
