“The flowers were beautiful and arranged really nicely. They were exactly as described, (which does not always happen.) The flowers came with good instructions on how to keep them fresh. They were a gift for my sister, on a very sad day for her, and she was really delighted, they 'brightened up her day' Will certainly use again”

“I am a U.S citizen. I placed my order from U.S.A to have flowers delivered to my nephew in BIrmingham U.K. Every step, from the time of order to the time of final delivery, was accomplished very professionally. The recipient (my nephew) was extremely happy with the product (the flowers). On the scale of 1-10 ( 10 being the best) I will give this company a score of 10. I will use this company again and would definitely recommend this company to others. Thank you for a job well done.”

“I ordered flowers for my 80 year old mother's birthday. They were sent directly to the hotel where we were celebrating and arrived fresh and beautifully packaged. They looked as lovely as the picture advertised. Will certainly use Serenata again.”
