"When the flowers first came they were already dead , NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES, was missing a lot of flowers in the bouquet and best description is a Lidl bouquet created by a 6 year old. THEY WERE THAT BAD NOT EXAGGERATING AND THEN when they tried to compensate me sent it to the WRONG address when I mentioned TWICE 2 separate emails to send it to a new address because there will be no one staying at the original address which they FAILED TO DO AND THENNNN REFUSE TO REFUND ME OR COMPENSATE FOR THE TRUMA AND HASSLE I HAD TO GO THROUGH IN ORDER TO GET FLOWERS TO A FRIEND FOR HER BIRTHDAY WHILE IM CURRENTLY ON HOLIDAY ACROSS THE GLOBE!!!"

"Horrendous service\r\n\r\nArrived damaged card screwed up box screwed up\r\n\r\nTotally ruined the whole experience \r\n\r\nThen spoke to their customer service that just kept telling me to put them in a vase when the buds were damaged the card was damaged etc \r\n\r\n\r\nDO NOT USE!!!"

"Flowers delivered a day late and rides were all wilted and the leaves were dead. Told to wait 48 hrs and they would perk up. If they are dead they won't 'perk up'. 2nd terrible experience with them! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID"
