“Extremely fast delivery on a Sunday and Fathers day. I ordered Sat lunchtime and flowers arrived before 9am Sunday. My dad was delighted with them.”

“They were able to deliver some beautiful orchids to my father in his care home for Father's Day. He was really thrilled to receive them. The people I usually order from were unable to meet the delivery date I required.”

“I had made a previous comment without getting a picture of the flowers and now I see the picture am truest disappointed. Arrived late Saturday evening and Monday morning flowers are already wilting. Came from one of your suppliers in Mitchum. I can say iam truly disappointed.”

“This is the first time I have used Serenata Flowers. I ordered the 'Beautiful Smile' flowers as a gift for my mum's 75th birthday for delivery on Saturday, 16th June. I got an email at 10.25am on 16th June telling me they would be delivered that day; well that's good I thought because that is when I asked and paid for them to be delivered - we're off to a good start. When I clicked on the 'track delivery' option of the email, it said delivery would be between 8am - 8pm! Needless to say my mum waited in ALL DAY and the flowers were finally delivered at 19.59. To our disappointment, the flowers were bulked out with masses and masses of foliage. as you can see from the attached pictures, there was more foliage than flowers. Like I said, this is the first time I have used Serenata Flowers but I WILL NOT be using them again. And I will not be recommending them to anyone either. It is ridiculous that you expect someone to wait in all day and then for the product to fall so very short of expectations.”
