“My mum seemed happy with the flowers. After being sent the photo of them I wasn't that impressed...certainly didn't look like the photo from the website. I was disappointed on what I saw. The delivery service & correspondence was great- but product I felt wasn't.”

“Have to be honest that I was disappointed with the flowers as they didn't even last a week. However, the complaints process was very straightforward and I was very happy with the swiftness of their response. Brand new bouquet sent out day after my complaint, free of charge. Seemed much better quality. Disappointing, but at least excellent customer services and very good communication.”

“They turned up a day late and missed my mums 70th birthday even when I paid for guaranteed delivery. However, the flowers and hamper was beautiful and they quickly refunded me 25% of my cost (although I had to ask). I will use them again though”

“it was a very easy process to place order and organise from the other side of the world and flowers were delivered as promised, however from the picture I received from the recipient, I was a little disappointed in the flowers compared to the picture on the website. good service however”

“Positives: I understand the flowers were beautiful so very happy about that. I think they are reasonably priced and the website is good and easy to use. Negatives: They didn't arrive on the specified day (a birthday) as the recipient was out. I had left an instruction to leave them in the porch so this was really disappointing. Very frustrating then not to be able to call and speak to someone at Serenata. Sometimes you do need a phone number to call.”

“Flowers lovely. Although I paid £9.99 for guaranteed delivery before 10.30am as birthday girl was going out. Flowers didn't arrive until just after 11am. If I had known that I would have paid the cheaper option for guaranteed delivery before noon!! Probably still would have arrived at the same time. Even though they were late, I got an email when they were dispatched (that arrived before 10.30am funnily enough!) and also when they had been delivered.”

“The plant arrangement was a birthday gift for my mum. The orderinh process was quick and easy and the arrangement was delivered on time. However the comments from my mum were "it was a bit battered, obviously been knocked around in the van", so a little disappointing in the end.”

“Order dealt with Received email to say flowers delivered had no thankyou from recipients which would no be like them obviously we cannot ask them if received flowers I emailed customer support the day before delivery due as I was confused as to whether the message I had written would be enclosed Still waiting for reply today 5/8/2017 Feel wasted £54 as the result was not achieved Would never use them again”

“Fantastic delivery, beautiful flowers worth the money, fresh etc. the other comments perhaps very unlucky? So why I gave them only 3 stars? Those flowers supposed to be delivered with no card (option selected). My GF has received the card.. With the message: 'no card message provided by customer'. Very disappointing. Order placed on my iPhone. Maybe they have a bug...”
