“Ordered flowers on Wednesday for my aunt who losed her son . Still waiting on the delivery A disgrace as my credit card was charged right away. I live in Canada so was hoping to use this service more. Very unlikely now unless they prove me wrong and these flowers get delivered today,”

“We are still awaiting for flower ordered on wednesday of this week to be delivered to Tracy snow which was due to be delivered yesterday. No phone number where we can call is a poor business to deal with and will mot use again nor recommend”

“Flowers and birthday cake were lovely and appreciated by the recipient. I guess the hand cream I also ordered wasn’t in stock though, as chocolates were delivered instead. Unfortunately that meant my message in the card didn’t really make sense, but apparently the chocolates were enjoyed anyway.”

“I was very impressed with the service from Serenata Flowers considering it was all done online. I order a birthday bouquet for my grandmothers 90th birthday. As soon as received then Grandma called me to say how pleased and how beautiful the flowers were. Thank you so much for making my grandmother happy. I would definitely use this company again.”
