I thought I mentioned that the flowers were delivered, but to the wrong address, thus the flowers remained outside in the cold all night until the neighbour found them this morning and delivered them to my friend, next door, 8 Swan Court, who was in at the time of delivery, had the delivery person delivered to 8 Swan Court in the first place.

The flowers were old, soggy! I wish I could post a picture of these flowers here so you could see. I was already despondent about my order after being let down by their customer service when trying to rearrange the delivery. The lady who I spoke to did not want to help AT ALL. The worst experience!
