“Great service, did exactly what they said on the label! Flowers were received when they were meant to, I had updates about the delivery very and the recipient was very happy with the flowers. Very good service👍”

“Beautiful choice of arrangements, the company kept me well informed on my delivery including when the flowers had been dispatched and delivered , Excellent choice of extras, I ordered the vase as an extra , what a brilliant idea, I only wish you delivered In my area I would definitely only use this company for all my flower requirements”

“Delivery was on time but they have left the box front of the door and didn't even ring the bell or knock the door there were 2 people at home that time ! And also all the roses were old and nearly dead as you can see on the photos ! I have paid for the old flowers ! It was my first and last time to use serenata-flowers and won't order from them anymore !”

“Beautiful flowers. I did however have to change the bouquet. Didn't mind this as i knew it was last minute. However when you ring please leave a number for urgent return calls that are needed.”
