“First time user and sent two flower arrangements to two different locations. Was kept fully informed each step of the process. Haven’t seen flowers myself only photo but they look beautiful and the recipients were absolutely delighted. Will definitely be using Serenataflowers again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. J. “Easy to access the website and a good range of flowers on display. Possibly a little more on anniversaries would help (eg Silver Wedding, Golden Wedding etc). Otherwise a very easy process. I presume payment details are secure. Thank you for asking”
