“Flowers ordered for delivery yesterday to a leisure centre. Had email to say delivery failed, leisure centre told me that no one even attempted to deliver flowers. No attempt to deliver today at all as far as I am aware. Really really disappointed at appalling level of service. Feel that my money has been taken under false pretences and wonder if this is even a real company??”

“Ordered flowers for our friends 70th Birthday, was kept informed regarding delivery, arrived on the required day, didn't actually see the flowers but our friend said they were beautiful. Have never ordered flowers online before but everything went well so would certainly use this company again.”

“I sent them, but asked my friend if they were fresh, as well as looking good. And they were. I usually go to Marks and Spencer for just that reason, but a friend said the flowers she'd sent to her Mother had lasted for two weeks, and counting, so decided to try your company.”

“Delivery arrived AFTER my wife had left work at 4.15pm!! This is after Yodel called me at around 10.00am to say that Brentford County Cour didn't exist?? You state that delivery is between 8am and 9.pm, how many businesses are open until 9pm????”
