“At first I was disappointed with the manual I received. It was much too simple, and did not contain enough detail to be usable for me. When I made the problem known, however, the customer service I received was exceptional, and made up for any initial misgivings I had. The representative who responded to my concern truly went above and beyond to find me a better solution, and sent me a much more comprehensive manual in short order. I will certainly use Service Manual Warehouse the next time I need a manual.”
