As stated on the website in multiple locations, this is a digital download only. Immediately after purchase the link was available on the website and you received multiple emails with download instructions. I have emailed you to help you get a new download or a refund - your choice. Please respond to the email directly.

“I bought the 2015 Colorado service manual from you; I will say this manual has a TON of information in it. The problem I have is you can't search it because it is an image and not a Word document. not only that the hyperlinks don't work as well. Adobe Reader you can see and read the manual but that's it. I was in touch with your customer service about this problem and your response was" Our manuals are fully searchable " Then sent me the same links to download the same Adobe reader that was suggested when I first bought the manual. I then replied further explaining the problem and got no feedback from you! from that point forward. I did state that this manual has a lot of info in it it covers several year models and drive trains but once i get past the bookmarks I have to page through the manual to try to find what I am looking for and only gets worse when the manual refers to another link which is not searchable.”

All of our manuals are fully searchable and bookmarked (like a digital table of contents). Please see the instructions that were provided with your download on how to use these features. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi Wilfred, All of our manuals are fully searchable and bookmarked (like a digital table of contents). This is, in fact, way easier to use than a paper manual, as one click navigates you exactly where you need to go. Moreover, you can find every mention of a specific word or procedures in less than a second. No flipping though paper pages or looking at an inadequate index. Additionally, I see that you never contacted us before this review to ask for assistance. Please check your email and respond so we can resolve this asap.

“i was disapounted..i kept getting adds when im rite in the middle of doing something important..im looking at a page and a big add pops up constantly and i have to go back out of it and restart it was a pain...i wish you gave a printed option for 50 bucks ..”

Rhu, That was not our site. We have ZERO advertising on our site. Printed copies cost significantly more than digital copies. If you want a printed copy, you'll have to go to a different site. We only sell DIGITAL DOWNLOADS. Additionally, I never see that you contacted us before this review to ask for assistance. Please check your email and respond so we can resolve this asap.
