“If I could give a negative star rating, I would definitely do that. I was contacted to get real estate “verified leads” in my area and on a referral basis. About 6 months in, I totally gave up on this platform because the number of verified leads were almost non existent and not in my desired area. The non verified leads were bogus. Not one of the referrals I received were even looking for real estate help in any way. They also auto renewed without my permission and have a “so sorry for you” attitude about removing the charge and canceling my account even though I have followed the instructions online to be removed and it will not go through. Whatever you do, don’t fall for their promises. Let my story be a cautionary tale. I loss the initial $2000, but I will not allow them to automatically steal another $2000. I’m considering a class action lawsuit for anyone who has been in a similar situation with this company.”

“If I could give them zero starts I would. I really think twice before giving a business a bad review, but in this case, I feel like the scammed me out of my hard earned money. If I can prevent a fellow agent from wasting their money I will, so here it is, DO NOT sign with them. You have to pay up upfront for them to give you 100 leads, and just to give you an example the area that I work in averages $400,000, the "leads" they give you are asking for houses less than 125,000. You can't even get a mobile home for that. A part from that detail, when there is one of a decent budget, they never answer the phone, or answer text messages. Do not spend your money on this company.”
“Honestly this is my 2 year in real-estate, and I was ready to call it quits in march had 1 sale of land a a few rentals I was floundering but I got a call from one of the product managers and decided to give it a shot as a last ditch effort. Set schedule helped me close 7 deals in 6 months following after I signed up. Now it was not a golden ticket I still had to do showings for every house and help about 4 of them get qualified but it kept me in the game. I also have created a additional stream of income for myself by issuing referrals to my sister in law and the other agents at her brokerage in Florida. I hope that things continue on this trajectory”
“I unfortunately had to learn the hard way that paying this joke of a company any money is a total waste. When I signed in 12/20/22 I was promised qualified leads - what I got was recycled leads, leads that have been in the system for months, sold and resold to others. I've worked with and closed leads with other lead service companies... in 10 months I have yet to close or even get a truly qualified, able to buy lead.
I also joined because they promised support - per my contract I was to have a "Dedicated Premium Agent Success Consultant" . Let me tell you, I have reached out for support through phone, email, text only to be brushed off or not responded to, for months.
I also was promised per contract to be able to have my leads replenished: "Accelerated Lead Replenishment Agent Rider" - once again when the time came to have them replenished I was ignored. 3x I requested through the website to have them replenished, every time I was left unanswered or told thru email, buy this one and the next will be free.... I had to call in again and this time luckily someone answered and their response was please fill out some thing and we can replenish you....
This company is promising things they DO NOT deliver. Id stay far away from them! I lost $2000 with these clowns.”
“I really wish I could provide zero stars. SetSchedule is a terrible real estate partner. I feel completely scammed by sales rep, Connor Curtis, and sales manager, Jameson, Paul. I am in barest to have signed an agreement with these people. SetSchedule called me with a really good sales pitch. They demonstrated how they generate leads and qualify them for appointments. They told me that they had 200+ leads a month in my target area and that they make frequent life connections. They even called me back with detailed research confirming the amount of leads they would be able to provide my team. It’s all lies. They provide no leaves in my target area and an abundance of activity more than 70 miles from our target area. I’ve made several attempts to speak with management, but they all hide and ignore my requests. They rely on offshore labor to read Scripps and blow off your problems. Choosing to partner with SetSchedule is one of the worst decisions I’ve made in my real estate career. They are slimy salesman with a low quality product. Do not make the same mistake I did. They will take your money. And ignore you blaming you for not having success with their under performing platform.”

They pitch themselves as a lead generation company but you have to hunt for your own leads. Some higher up guy just let me know that my money could not be refunded because I have leads that I can select from but I have neglected to do so. I told him to prove it and show me where those leads are. He couldn't and said that they would not refund me the upfront money I paid because I only want warm leads. Give me a break!!! How sad that they are so desperate for the $1,497.00 I paid up front.”
