"Worst lead company ever!!! Their leads our garbage! Customer service is Horrible! No body ever answers the phone. They promise live calls, which are bogus, they put you on the phone with people who are not even looking for homes. This company is a huge scam! You see constant Complaints on their platform from people complaining about the LEADS and customer service. They Have 301 Better Business Bureau complaints in the last three years, and 92 within the last 12 months!!! Stay far far away from this company!!!"

"This unscrupulous business not only deceived me through unsolicited text messages but also blatantly contradicted their assurance of no extra costs. Despite explicitly confirming a sole 20% referral fee, they casually dropped an undisclosed setup fee during our call. The representative callously dismissed the lie, showing a disturbing lack of integrity. Save yourself from the headache \u2013 avoid any dealings with a company that not only solicits through texts but also manipulates the truth with such audacity."

"**Worst Lead Service Company I've Ever Seen!!**\r\nThis company is full of BS! The salesperson did an excellent job with convincing me that the leads were vetted, verified and plentiful in my areas. THEY ARE NONE OF THE ABOVE! Something in my gut told me to check reviews before signing. I knew it was a 12-month agreement, but that's why I asked the salesperson could I get my money back if I changed my mind in 30 days. He danced around the question, but he didn't say the payment was non-refundable after the very moment I signed either. I pressed more for a direct answer, and he said they would attempt to fix any problems with the service first, but if I still didn't like it, they would refund my money. NOW every supervisor I've spoken with keeps pointing back to this supposed \"Master Subscription Agreement,\" which was in no way presented on the contract I DocuSigned. It's somewhere else on their website I guess. The text message alerts are the most annoying because they direct me to leads that are outside my areas, and the phone numbers are mostly invalid. The few leads that I have actually spoken with either don't recall inquiring for an agent or they already did MONTHS AGO and have bought their freakin' house already! I was promised there would be tons of quality leads around my \"Center Points\" delivered daily. Why are there no phone icons (leads) on my map... except for further north in the city of Atlanta and inside the perimeter. That's not what I signed up for. If leads are scarce in my areas of southeast metro Atlanta, then I should have been shown that on the map beforehand, so I could have made an informed decision based on the facts. It's your classic bait and switch with these Set Schedule folks. Lastly, they make no effort to try to listen to your claim and refund your money, no matter the circumstances. No matter what you say or how angry you get, they don't care that their reputation is trash, and will not refund your money! THEY SUCK!"
