“Ordered a replacement arm for my Saris Bones 3 bike carrier. Waited 14 days for it to arrive and it didn't have a fixing screw which apparently you have to buy separately. This wasn't mentioned and is quite frankly ridiculous. Another 14 day wait and more overseas postage...”

Sorry for the misunderstanding. However the replacement parts are sold by each components not whole package.

“The item i ordered was clearly not in stock. After 30 days I contacted them - no response. It took 2 more emails to elicit a reply by which time I had ordered from elsewhere.”

Sorry for that. The bright yellow is not easy to be shown correctly with the monitor. Depending on the monitor, the color is more bright and less. You can return it to our USA local return office.

“A number of issues with this seller: 1. They do not respond to email enquiries. - ever! 2. I ordered: http://www.bicyclehero.com/us/superb-tb-1900b-install-bb86-bb30-bb90-bearings-bicycle-tool.html But got: http://www.wiggle.co.uk/lifeline-press-fit-bottom-bracket-installer/ And paid $40 extra for the lesser item. I emailed the site to query the error and false advertising - no response. Item came reasonably quickly; however, it was not the item I ordered. Suggest you give this seller a miss. Wiggle and Chain Reaction much more reliable and trustworthy.”

“I paid extra to have my saddles delivered in three days, they took 14 days to arrive. The track shipment on the web site never worked, always came up with an error. I was so frustrated that I was going to cancel the order. Blam,then they showed up at my doorstep.”

“My order has not been dispatched for more than a week and after eight days it is still shown as "processing". There is no communication from the company why, they simply do not bother. My email requesting explanation was answered after three days only to be told there is "public holiday" in Korea. Not sure if this website is real.”
