Got my order after 20 working days as predicted by Sewoong, so no complaints there. As promised Sewoong provided track&trace data and also declared low value, so no extra costs! Item, which was impossible to purchase elsewhere, arrived undamaged, complete and as ordered. So overall very happy!

I ordered two bike travel bags and paid over 40 euro for an express delivery (9-10 days) so the bags would arrive in time. When I ordered it said the delivery would take place on friday 7/8 or monday 10/8. The package was still not delivered when i left on holiday Wednesday morning. I already sent two e-mails to the support adders but I never got a reply. I didn’t get the bagsIn time. had to make additional costs and paid over 40 euro for a service bicyclehero didn’t deliver. I don’t agree with this.

They had a hard to find part at a great price. It took two weeks to receive the part because I think it came via Korea to their U.S. warehouse, but I'm not complaining - just something to be aware of.

Ordered a couple patch kits in June. Fianlly....2 months after the order a package arrived with the tracking # sent to myself and PayPal. Only thing, the package the completely empty. Nothing. PayPal denied my claim because a tracking number was given and was shown

Sorry for that. We already sent you the request of the item photo. According to our recode of shipping process, the package was including 2 patch kits. If it was lost during delivery process, we will cover it. Please send us the photo of the package.

Order received within 20 working days shipping as noted. Had 4 Same tires , for 2 bikes, and tube. 1 tire Was minus a cosmetic reflective stripe but good. Tube ordered a shrader but received presta. Quality seems good. No response yet on tube issue. Overseas shipping so does take some time to receive. Would be 4 star if all order was filled correctly.

Incredibly slow shipping out of S.Korea (took almost a month to leave the country)(I suppose there is a pandemic on!), once in the hands of Royal mail it was only a few days. Bad/non-existent communication from seller.

9 weeks and 3 days after I ordered my items finally arrived. Brilliant. But what a long wait! Tracking did not work; contacted support, but it was never possible to check support status. You have to admit that everything ordered arrived very neatly wrapped. But think twice before buying from BicycleHero, it took more than 9 weeks to arrive. Could be a good idea to choose the fastest shipping option they have on offer. I went for standard shipping - not a good idea.

I posted an order about a month and a half ago. My credit card has been charged but no sign of the goods. If have twice enquired about the status of my order. Despite promising to respond within 1 business day there has still been no answer. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SITE. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY.

BicycleHero.com has items that other retailers do not have, and clearly explained how there would be a number of days of international shipping between warehouses before a tracking number would become available.

placed an order on 7/1 where item was listed as in stock. on 7/21 emailed customer service regarding status of order as it has yet to be shipped. have not heard back. attempted to email again on 7/28. one star based on faulty advertising regarding item being in stock, taking money for product before it was shipped, and poor customer service thus far. at this time, business in bordering on stealing as I was charged before item was shipped.
