“The bike chain I ordered is just what I wanted and I'm very much more confident about parking my new bike. It was a bit slow in coming and I had to struggle with a D-lock which made me all the more happy when the chain came.”

“The delivery time stated was within 2 weeks. It’s now been more than 4 weeks and I don’t have my item. I’m concerned it’s a scam. The customer support is terrible. They give me a tracking number for an obscure website that actually gives me no option to see where the parcel is or how long it will take to get to me (it only tells me it’s in-transit). They also blame their Asian partner who apparently is responsible for sending my product to Australia and they think that’s an acceptable excuse (the Asian partners clearly speak poor English, refuse to understand that I’m not a male and don’t answer my direct questions). I’ve asked for a refund and get no reply. Looks like my only option is to claim back through my credit card provider”

“Very poor communication, waiting for about a two months without explaination on where my order was. No genuine email responses from customer service. Eventually had to contact visa to get my money back, product never recieved (just in processing).”

“I ordered three different items, two of which arrived. The e-mail confirmation I received advised all three items had been shipped however the shipping document on the couriered package only detailed two. The third item did not arrive so I e-mailed BicycleHero.com who immediately refunded the money for the missing item. I was given no option in the refund. My issue is that the item is of lowish value and to re-order means I will now incur a shipping charge. Furthermore, despite the shipped items showing as being in-stock it took one week before the goods were packed and dispatched.”

“Ok... I ordered an item that was difficult to find with an internet search. This company had the item and I ordered it from them. It took an abnormal amount of time to receive the item because I think it is actually double shipped. That said I don't have a problem with the order. It took a few days longer than expected but I did receive the correct item and I'm pretty happy about it.”
