“Bought a saddle bag. Good price and fairly good delivery time. On receipt the bag was somewhat dusty and I wonder about the storage conditions. Not so serious but not great.”

“The products were received nicely and correctly as I ordered. Unfortunately it did take much longer to get them delivered than the promised. I ordered on July 28, using Standard Post (7~14days). But received the package August 23.”

“My Aero cleat surrounds turned up after a couple of weeks, so a rather long delivery time but as I couldn't find them anywhere else I'm more than happy with the service.”

“I returned a pair of shoes in brand new condition weeks ago and still haven't received a refund. They were quick to communicate when I wanted to return the shoes, and issued me an RA with instructions I followed completely. After the tracking number shows the shoes arrived, I've sent multiple emails about the issue and have not received any communication. Please stay away from BicycleHero.com, they should not be trusted.”

“Terrible customer service. I was told by the manufacturer of my bicycle light that warranties must go through the seller so I contacted Bicycle Hero. They responded requesting photos of the item and a description of the problem. I promptly sent the requested info and they have not acknowledged my existence since despite multiple progressively frustrated follow-up emails. Any warranty is worthless when you buy from Bicycle Hero, I've been robbed of my replacement product.”

“Ordered 2 bike accessories. All the other web-sites were out of stock. BicycleHero was the only one who could supply. For which I am extremely grateful. :-) The delivery was not fast but then it was coming from the other side of the world. Very pleased. Thank you.”
