“I bought a lock. It was the best price I found all over the internet and the shipping cost was like any domestic ones within the US. But, apparently, it came from Korea to the US. It eventually took a couple of weeks to be delivered, but the wait was worth it, overall. I would buy it again.”

“1 month has passed and still not received my order, customer service stinks, last response 2 weeks ago that my order has shipped but after several more inquiries I no longer get any responses from this company no idea if my order will ever arrive. Quick to take your money. Stay away. I would rank them with 0 if I could.”

“Great price. Delivery time as expected. Unit had German outlet prongs rather than North American. There was no indication in product description, but I only use the USB anyway. Now I'm set for electronics recharging if I ever go to Europe.”

“I purchased an AXA RLC 100 that I couldn't find locally, from the BicycleHero website. I'd not heard of them before so I had some concern considering they're based in South Korea and I'm in the US. An email I sent inquiring about shipping status was answered immediately with the tracking number, and the item arrived as scheduled. I'm pleased with my purchase and their customer service is excellent.”

“After my order took quite some time arriving, Bicycle Hero contacted me to ask if my shipment had arrived yet. After talking to their support team a bit, they helped me to work out the issue and sent a new bike light, since the old one had gotten lost in transit. It finally arrived, and I'm happy with my light and with Bicycle Hero!”

“It took 30 days for my item to arrive in Oregon, USA, but I often make international orders and this is a common delivery time frame. The items arrived well packed and in great shape (Schwalbe tires), and at a great price. Be patient, don't badger them emails, and I think you'll be happy, too.”

“Placed my order on 10 May 18, it's 31 May 18, status of my purchase is still under "processing". Emailed/ feedback to the company several times but there is no response from the company. A total waste of time.”
